Troyes, the beautiful medieval town

The old medieval capital of Champagne is proud of its heritage, mainly dating back to the 16^th century: Cobbled streets, half-timbered houses, Renaissance town houses, 9 churches, and the cathedral of light all testify of its rich past.

Troyes also boasts several museum with a strikingly rich and dense collections: The Modern Art Museum, The Fine Art Museum, Musée de l’Outil et de la pensée ouvrière (Museum of tools and workers thought), The Hotel Dieu-le-Comte Apothecary and the Vauluisant Museum.
