Terms of sale

Cancelation conditions when you book on our site:

  • Authorisation requested on your credit card for late arrival. A valid credit card must be presented upon arrival.
  • If you cancel before 4pm on the day of arrival, no charge will be applied on your credit card.
  • If you cancel after 4pm on the day of arrival, or don’t show, the amount due for the first night shall be charged to your credit card.

Pre-payment

  • The hotel does not request pre-payments
  • Accepted payment methods: Mastercard, American Express, Diner’s card, Visa, ANCV.

 

Internet

  • A free wifi connection is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

 

Breakfast

  • Buffet or room-service continental breakfast at €14 per person and per night.

 

Children and cot beds 

  • All children welcome
  • Children under 12 can share their parents room and beds free of charge
  • Children under 2 are provided with a cot in their parents’ room free of charge.
  • All children over 12 or adults shall pay €16 per person and per night to have a camp bed installed in their parents’ room.
  • A maximum of 1 cot or camp bed per room is authorised.
